Through training I am now strong, confident and driven. The buzz and change training has given me definitely pushed me to want to help others make positive changes to their lifestyle.
As a personal trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier body, mind and lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
Having trained with Mica for the past 3 months has changed my life since I was not physically fit nor was I happy with my weight, I’m much more fitter, stronger, and happier with myself and how I approach anything whether it be fitness or personal or work projects, my mentality has completely changed. I stayed with the same personal trainer because she tailored every session to specifically what I needed and wanted, she took the time to listen to my concerns and always explained why were doing things and educated me to understand the core principles for what I wanted to achieve. She was completely flexible with timings and made sure to fit around my schedule rather than the other way around. To top it all, I felt very comfortable; I was able to be myself and have great conversations, although Mica knew when to be serious and remain focused to ensure not a single session was wasted. I can honestly say I couldn’t wish for a better personal trainer, I’m over the moon with my results and will be returning for more!
